In collaboration with the European Commission and Egypt’s Ministry of Education and Technical Education, this project built the institutional capacity of Egyptian Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers to deliver competence-based education aligned with European standards. Key activities included curriculum development, the embedding of career guidance within labor market pathways, innovation through entrepreneurship education, and the upskilling of VET staff and learners to enhance overall employability outcomes.
