This initiative delivered vocational and on-the-job training to 650 refugees and asylum-seekers annually, building market-relevant skills and enabling meaningful labor market participation. Operating across     multiple Egyptian governorates, the program was designed to generate a 40% employment rate among participants across multiple economic sectors.
